With the season's first hurricanes already raining on many figurative parades, I am starting to wonder about Shakira's September wedding plans in the Caribbean. She has had bad luck with Hurricanes before. The 2005 MTV Latin Awards Show was canceled due to Hurricane Wilma. It was to take place in a coastal city in Mexico. Shakira was given five trophies as part of a taped 1/2 hour special later that year.
My thoughts are with all those living in the path of existing and future hurricanes. Be Safe!
