I have resorted to talking about other people with the name Shakira who have interesting stories. A Shakira in Florida made the news because her nasty, ugly mom was trying to solicit donations for her funeral. Police arrested Jean Fontalvo as she arrived to pick up a $500 check from a doctor's office. The staff there had called the police after running a background check on the lady. Shakira was alive and well and waiting for her mom in the car.
