Maybe she took the opportunity to live her private life while the news cycle was busy chewing on her $40 million dollar charity donation.
I suspect that she did not get married yet. I also suspect that her plans involve maximizing her career up until a certain point and then just setting it aside for some years of family life. This strategy has worked well for a number of singers in recent years. Contributing a track to an occasional movie soundtrack is a smart way to stay in the public consciousness when you are not making album or touring for a few years.
