I haven't heard anything final yet. I have heard rumors that there is supposed to be a deal in the works between Apple and the owners of the rights to the Beatles' recordings.
I had a little phase of listening to Beatles music online a few years back. I didn't even know that it wasn't a legal source for the music at the time.
