Ummm.... ¿que pasa?

This appears to be an interview with Shakira. The interviewer appears to be a giant mouse puppet. I am reminded of the guy in the bee costume on the Simpsons. I have always wondered what they did with those scenes in the Spanish dubbed version of the Simpsons. I have seen the Simpsons in four or five different languages. The German one bothers me. Homer sounds too smart.
