Carnival in Shakira's Hometown
Preparations for Carnival are underway in many corners of the World, and Shakira's hometown of Barranquilla is no exception. Anyone who has never experienced Carnival in a place where it is a major cultural phenomenon, go experience one as soon as you can. Check out UNESCO for different events that have "intangible heritage". I am so excited that Carnival time is approaching.
