Shakira set to Perform in Dubai

Dubai is a city that goes big in a lot of ways. There is a mall with an indorr ski hill.

Shakira will be playing in a 25,000 plus seat sports arena that is expected to sell out.

Shakira is actually more excited about about the city than she is about the crowd of fans:

“I hope I get time to see some of Dubai. I have heard the desert is magnificent and would love to shop in the Old Souk. I am very excited about performing for my Middle Eastern fans for the first time – I have heard a lot about Dubai and performing here for the first time will be something special. It will be one of the biggest shows on my 2007 tour.”

Dubai is a place that I would like to visit someday as well.
