Shakira Concert set to be Biggest Ever, in Dubai

Phil Collins managed to sell all the tickets for his Dubai show. They now have crews working at an expansion project for the huge sports stadium in anticipation of an upcoming Shakira concert. We are talking about over 25,000 people. But to put that in perspective Wembley Stadium in the UK seats 75,000 for concerts.
